Lịch Sử Hình Thành
Trung tâm 1st FSC Healthcare bao gồm một chuỗi các công ty cung cấp các dịch vụ như Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe Ban Ngày (Daycare), Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe Tại Gia (Homecare), Đưa đón Cao Niên (Transportation) và cung cấp thực phẩm (Food Pantry).
Trong đó, First Senior Center ra đời đầu tiên vào năm 2017 là một trung tâm chăm sóc sức khỏe ban ngày (DAYCARE), chuyên tổ chức những hoạt động giúp Hội Viên nâng cao thể chất cũng như tinh thần. Tiếp đó, vào năm 2018, trung tâm đã cho ra đời hai dịch vụ mới là 1st Senior Transport để hỗ trợ việc đưa đón Quý Hội Viên đến sinh hoạt tại trung tâm hay đưa đón đến văn phòng bác sĩ và First Senior of Georgia là dịch vụ phi lợi nhuận.
First Senior Center of Georgia là kho thực phẩm cung cấp lương thực lớn nhất tại tiểu bang Georgia với mong muốn hỗ trợ và cung cấp đầy đủ nguồn lương thực dùng cho cả tuần hoàn toàn miễn phí cho Quý Cao Niên có thu nhập thấp cũng như những gia đình khó khăn cần sự giúp đỡ. Không dừng lại ở đó vào năm 2020, trung tâm lại tiếp tục cho ra đời 1st Senior Cares chuyên cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe tại gia (Homecare) để giúp Hội Viên chủ động hơn trong các sinh hoạt hàng ngày khi có sự giúp đỡ của Caregivers chăm sóc riêng cho từng Hội Viên. Đặc biệt, trong năm 2021 đến 2022, với tình hình khó khăn của dịch bệnh Covid, First Senior Center of Georgia đã tổ chức tiêm vaccine phòng ngừa Covid cho hơn 4,000 Hội Viên, Caregivers và Quý Vị Cao Niên có đề kháng thấp.
Hứa hẹn trong thời gian tới, trung tâm sẽ tiếp tục cho ra mắt hai dịch vụ mới đó là Chung cư Cao niên (1st Senior Housing) và Công viên Vĩnh Hằng (1st Senior Memorial Gardens).

Von Tran is the Founder and CEO behind 1st FSC HealthCare, a multi-agency organization located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. With a profound commitment to enhancing the well-being of the Asian and immigrant Senior community, 1st FSC HealthCare passionately pursues its mission of providing essential healthcare services through a comprehensive continuum of care.
In just a few short years since its inception, Von Tran’s leadership has propelled 1st FSC HealthCare to extend its reach and support to thousands of limited English proficient and low-income seniors across the state of Georgia. The organization’s pivotal services encompass bilingual adult day health care, a transportation program, a home health agency, and a social service nonprofit. This holistic approach effectively addresses the
pressing needs for healthcare, transportation, home care, food security, and access to vital social services within the Asian and immigrant senior community in Georgia.
In response to the challenging circumstances brought about by the 2021 pandemic, Von Tran forged an invaluable nonprofit partnership with Gwinnett County. Together, they successfully administered vaccinations to over 4,000 seniors and their caregivers. Additionally, Mrs. Von Tran initiated rapid response efforts to combat food insecurity, launching a mobile food pantry that delivered more than 3,500 meals and a staggering 159,000 pounds of groceries directly to the doorsteps of fixed-income seniors within a year. Through unwavering determination, the organization’s operations expanded exponentially, now assisting 3,200 households monthly, distributing an average of 150,000 pounds of food per month. Remarkably, it now holds the position of the second-largest partner out of 800 Food Pantry affiliates in collaboration with the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
Continuing her relentless pursuit of breaking down barriers hindering seniors from accessing safe and affordable housing, Mrs. Von Tran is actively engaged in bridging the senior housing gap. Her visionary approach includes acquiring land for the construction of an affordable 100-unit senior living facility to cater to the needs of low-income seniors residing in Gwinnett County. As a large donor within the Asian Senior community, Mrs. Von Tran provides essential financial support to ensure that seniors in her programs receive proper burials and cremations, with a steadfast commitment to celebrating their lives and treating them with the utmost dignity.
For over two decades, Mrs. Von Tran has established herself as a prominent full-time residential and commercial real estate investor and landlord. Together with her accountant husband, she proudly calls Gwinnett County home, where they share their residence with seven majestic peacocks and a flourishing family of 30 koi fish.
